Return & Refund Policy – Thankams Herbal Products

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email with clear photos or videos as proof.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Products that are used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
